Supportive Housing

BronxWorks offers supportive housing and care management at an array of sites across the Bronx. Our programs include both congregate and scattered-side supportive housing. Referrals for supportive housing programs are made directly through New York City and State agencies for qualifying individuals and households. BronxWorks follows a Housing First model, believing that providing homeless individuals with access to stable housing is an essential first step to resolving many life issues.

Comparing before and now, now is 100% better! I was sleeping in the snow…it was terrible. I don’t know how they found me. One morning I said, ‘You know what, it’s time to move.'”
