Due to ongoing capital improvements at the BronxWorks Carolyn McLaughlin Community Center, the main entrance at 1130 Grand Concourse is closed. All guests, visitors and staff should use the accessible entrance located in the rear of the building through the parking lot on Carroll Place. Please exercise caution when entering and exiting the parking lot.

The BronxWorks Family Enrichment Program (FEP) helps safeguard children, prevent the placement or re-placement of youngsters into the foster care system, and strengthen families and the community.

This program serves residents in Bronx Community District 4. Case managers provide case management and casework counseling through the broad and diverse spectrum of services that BronxWorks offers to address families’ needs.

Cases are referred by the NYC Administration for Children’s Services and community service providers. Self-referrals and walk-ins are also welcome.
