HomeBase

When you come to the HomeBase office, you will be assigned a case manager who will coordinate all services. Some of these services will be provided directly through HomeBase, and others will be provided by our community partners.

Services that are available to qualified households include:

• Assistance with Household Repairs
• Entitlements
• Household budgeting skills
• Landlord mediation
• Legal services
• Referrals (Childcare, Education, Mental Health, Substance Abuse Services, etc.)
• Short-term financial assistance

If you do not live in ZIP codes 10451, 10452, 10454, 10455 or 10456, you may be able to get assistance through other eviction prevention programs.

BronxWorks HomeBase also offers Community Access Sites in three locations, specifically serving residents living in certain buildings in the surrounding community. Give us a call at 347.620.7830 or stop by if you are facing obstacles that could result in the loss of housing.
