With the exception of 24-hour facilities, all BronxWorks offices will close at 1pm Tuesday, December 24 and will be closed on Wednesday, December 25 in observance of Christmas.   

 

New York City issues a Code Blue Weather Emergency when the temperature drops to 32°F or less between 4pm and 8am. Should you see a homeless individual out in the cold, please call 311 and an outreach team will be dispatched to offer assistance. Learn more here.

BronxWorks Youth Hiring Event

Are you 18-24 and looking for a job?

The BronxWorks Workforce Development Department will host a Youth Hiring Event Thursday, February 23, 10am-2pm, at 1130 Grand Concourse. Multiple organizations from multiple industries will conduct job interviews on-site. We are specifically looking for people ages 18-24, but all ages are welcome at this event.

  • Maintenance
  • Warehouse
  • Customer Service
  • Social Services
  • Hospitality
