Our Homeless Outreach Team is a mobile unit that works with homeless individuals on the streets 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. We help street homeless people get appropriate services and move to safer environments.
The Living Room Drop-in Center, Safe Havens and Jerome Avenue Men’s Shelter provide beds and social services to adults who are experiencing homelessness.
