The BronxWorks Work Readiness Training Program aims to support people who are ready to re-enter the workforce by teaching the workplace skills that employers value to ensure long-term workplace success.
The program is geared toward adults ages 18-64 who are:
- unemployed (actively seeking work but not yet employed)
- under-employed (working part-time or intermittently but seeking full-time employment)
- not currently in the workforce but seeking to enter or re-enter the workforce

Through comprehensive training and coaching over four weeks, the program aims to:
- ensure participants master essential professional workplace skills like work ethic, communication, teamwork, problem solving, leadership, interpersonal skills, and more
- support participants in securing full-time or part-time employment after the program
- provide job retention support
Participants will also receive incentives as they reach each program milestone.
