The Immigration Unit offers free legal and social services to individuals seeking assistance with immigration matters.

Led by experienced attorneys and accredited representatives, the unit handles:

  • Citizenship applications, family petitions, and green card renewals.
  • DACA (Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals) applications.
  • U Visas for crime victims, T Visas for trafficking victims, and VAWA petitions for survivors of domestic violence.

The unit is part of the Neighborhood Development Areas (NDA) program, which focuses on providing immigration assistance to low-income communities, ensuring accessibility and legal representation.
