The goal of the Nutrition Education Capacity Building program is to increase fruit and vegetable consumption. Using the Stellar Farmers Markets curriculum, each virtual session includes an interactive lesson followed by a culinary demonstration.

Farm Stands

The virtual sessions are shared in person at the BronxWorks Farm Stand via a QR code. After viewing the virtual lesson, participants receive health incentive coupons to spend at the Farm Stand. The virtual lessons are also posted on the BronxWorks YouTube channel.
